Look what we have unearthed? HEATHER BAILEY!!! Heather Bailey is a fabric designer and like Amy Butler, some of her patterned papers are now available through Autumn Leaves. We were blow away by her sweet sweet designs and one of our PSA contestants Jessy has been bugged about where she got the lovely Chrysanthenum patterns used in one of the challenges.
